Ramada Hong Kong Harbour View is a 38-storey high-rise located on Queen’s Road West on Hong Kong Island. Hotel is opened on 21st July 2012.

432 guest rooms with most of the rooms facing the famous Victoria Harbour. Rooms adopt a modern chic design with dining facilities and a roof top swimming pool. All rooms are equipped with Free WIFI Broadband Internet access , flat TV, Cable TV, in-room safe, mini refrigerator, replenishment of coffee & tea set, IDD phone and central air conditioning.

** Important notice for guest under 18years old **
If the minor aged below 18 years old and to be accompanied by an adult during his/her stay, prior permission from the Department of Health is needed. The applicant must fill in an application form https://www.coronavirus.gov.hk/pdf/Application_form_for_Caretaker_of_Minor_Confinee_bilingual.pdf. The completed form should be returned to the Department of Health by email tocaretaker_apply@dh.gov.hk. Conditional approval can be granted before the minor’s arrival to Hong Kong. Formal approval will only be granted after the minor’s arrival to Hong Kong and the caretaker has signed an undertaking form.

  • Touchless infrared thermometer has been installed at the main entrance.
  • All staff and guests are required to wear surgical mask in all indoor public areas.
  • Every guest room, air con air outlet / return nozzle and dust filter is cleaned and sanitized after each of the guest departure.

  • Separate check-in and check-out areas by the different floor.
  • To ensure the good condition of air quality, we increased the cleaning and disinfection frequency of public areas and facilities.
  • All public areas in our hotel are providing 70-80% alcohol-based hand rub / gel for guest and staff use.
  • Assign the designated floors for quarantine guests by different countries.
  • Keycard is provided on a one-time-only basis, after quarantine guest one time access to room and the keycard will no longer be valid.
  • In order to prevent airborne droplets, partitions are installed at front desk.
  • Our guests are advised strongly to maintain social distancing to protect themselves and others in the hotel.
  • All our hotel team members are required to do the COVID-19 text every week.
  • The hotel follows the government’s quarantine guidelines strictly and any quarantine guests are not allowed to leave the room, and are monitored by a closed-circuit television system.
  • The hotel has been inspected the drainages, the pipes and the negative pressure ventilation system by various government departments and it has been confirmed that the hotel has no risk of any cross-infection.
